Sunija (Sue) MacDonald


Sue is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University. She has previously worked with couples and individuals, and has mentored women through various non-profit organizations for over 30 years. She has done pastoral premarital and couples counselling for 15 years. She has training and experience in conflict resolution and conciliation. Sue is passionate about journeying with couples and individuals to help them create loving and thriving marriages and lives by assisting them to overcome challenges and reach therapeutic goals.


Sue has years of experience running her own company, collaborating with and leading teams and assisting non-profits in setting and reaching their goals. She brings these experiences and skills to work collaboratively and compassionately with couples and individuals to help them set goals and treatment plans that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound (SMART). She provides a safe environment where clients honestly explore their thoughts, feelings and needs without judgment. 

 

Sue has been married for 27 years and is the mother of a 15-year-old daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hosting, reading, working out, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
