Anna Kim

Anna has a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University. She has experience supporting young children, teens, adults, couples, and families through a variety of relational and mental health issues such as family and relational conflicts, anxiety, depression, and anger. She has also worked in supporting individuals mandated to attend the PAR (Partner Assault Response) program.
Anna has a naturally curious and empathic approach to counselling, and desires to come alongside people as they are journeying through the difficulties of their life, supporting them in discovering and building on their strengths to work towards their desired goals. She uses a variety of therapeutic modes such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT).
In her spare time, Anna enjoys good food, reading, camping, playing board games, and building puzzles with her spouse at home.
